1. Preparation before oil discharge
The small concrete mixer truck fully unfolds each outrigger oil cylinder, including swing, expansion (extension and retraction) It refers to the flexible and vertical oil cylinder within a certain limit; due to the limitation of site, time and other factors, the boom only unfolds (fully unfolds) the boom oil cylinder, and the rest of the boom oil cylinder shrinks in place; piston rod inspection: check whether the piston rod of the pumping oil cylinder has any signs of strain, if any, replace it; check whether there is oil leakage and cracking at the connection of each oil port of the oil tank.
2. Oil drainage
Remove the hydraulic oil from the pumping oil cylinder of the small concrete mixer truck, remove the concrete piston and the pumping oil cylinder without rod or link valve block, close the ball valve (application field: food, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, etc.), drain the oil from the closed system and open system, and drain the oil from the rod cavity of the oil cylinder and the hydraulic oil from the oil tank.
3. Clean the oil tank of small pump truck, remove the waterproof partition at the bottom of the oil tank, clean the hydraulic oil tank with diesel or kerosene, suck out the excess oil with sponge, and then use dough to clean the impurities in the oil tank. The small concrete pump is composed of pump body and delivery pipe. It is a kind of machine that uses pressure to transport concrete continuously along the pipeline, which is mainly used in housing construction, bridge and tunnel construction. It is mainly divided into gate valve concrete pump and S valve concrete pump. 4. Clean the components, hydraulic valve, valve block, oil tank waterproof partition, filter shell and multi way valve. 8. Drain the oil from the drain line. In order to ensure that the oil in the oil tank can flush the oil drain pipe smoothly, the joint of the removed oil drain pipe is lower than the liquid level of the oil tank.
9. Small concrete mixer truck pump truck boom hydraulic system oil drainage. Because the boom cylinder extends in place and the rest of the cylinders contract in place before oil discharge, only one chamber of all boom cylinders is filled with oil; the other chamber is small and can be ignored because the cylinder extends and contracts in place. For example: before oil discharge, the boom cylinder is extended in place, so only the oil contained in the non rod cavity of the boom cylinder needs to be removed.
10. The outrigger system drains oil. Disconnect t port of leg multi way valve from the oil tank to the pipeline of the oil tank, plug the oil tank joint with a plug, and connect the T port pipeline to the oil tank. Note: when the leg system discharges oil, do not drain both sides at the same time, for example, drain the left side and then the right side.
